Over several years we have used PCS for our home improvements, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades and most recently conversion of our integral garage into and additional room and downstairs W.C.

PCS is a well established Building Contractors working from their office base in Aintree. All aspects of the works involved from planning through to completion has been carried out in a very professional manner and to a high standard and complying to the most up to date building regulations. We were kept informed of progress and asked about our preferences throughout.

The staff are reliable, friendly and trustworthy, carrying out their work in a manner that tries to cause as little disruption to our home life and neighbours as possible. They keep the worksite tidy are and ensure that is clean at the end of each day.

We had a single storey side extension and the whole back of our house extended and opened up. Can honestly say the speed at which all this was completed was amazing!

Every person who worked on the build was friendly, helpful and cared about our property. We where consulted throughout the whole process (who knew how many choices there could be!)

professional, clean and with every build of course there will be dust and mess but the guys cleaned the site after every visit.

When looking to extend our home we spoke to a number of builders, the project was quite complex as we where adding a loft conversion with a dorma but did not have the height.

Property Care Services solved all our issues, they engaged with local authority, provided us with plans and so much more. Nothing was too much for them and we would not use any other builder for future projects.

PCS over the past 5 or 6 year's have fitted a new kitchen for me. Fitted new PVC double glazed windows with french doors.

PCS are a professional, experienced and reliable building company who we would highly recommend. They recently completed our loft conversion with dormer and en-suite. They fully project managed the build and consulted with us every step of the way.
